Kyle Rotelli - Executive Director

With a strong commitment to fostering inclusive environments and driving positive social impact, Kyle has actively contributed to initiatives spanning non-profit development, community empowerment, and organizational stewardship. Kyle is passionate about leveraging structured methodologies to create meaningful and sustainable change.

As a former NCAA Division I lacrosse player Kyle is passionate about the sport that has given much too him. He has coached and been a student mentor at the youth, high school, and collegiate levels. He holds an Executive Program Certificate from the University of Pennsylvania in Social Impact Strategy and is currently pursuing his Master of Science in Non-Profit Leadership at the University of Pennsylvania.

On his free time Kyle loves to surf, ski, and be outdoors. He enjoys time spent in the ocean, and time well spent with family.

Tyler Kreitz - Board Member at Large


Tyler Kreitz is a Board Member at large of the Lacrosse Assist project. In addition to the leading the Lacrosse Assist Project, Kreitz is the Director of Operations for ADVNC Lacrosse and is the head lacrosse coach at Junipero Serra High School in San Mateo, CA. 

Prior to joining ADVNC, Tyler led business development and operations teams in education and early stage technology companies. From 2007-2014 he served as the Director of Admissions and Enrollment at Bishop O'Dowd High School in Oakland, CA. Throughout his career, he has also served as a coach, seeing firsthand the positive impact that sports can have on young people.

A Bay Area native from Alameda, he currently resides with his family in Redwood City. 
 

Chris Rotelli - Founder, Board Member at Large

Chris Rotelli is one of the most decorated lacrosse players of all time and the founder of the Lacrosse Assist Project. In 2003 he led the University of Virginia to an NCAA Championship and was honored as the ACC Male Athlete of the Year and the Tewaaraton Award, given to the nations most outstanding lacrosse player. 

With over 15 years of coaching experience, Rotelli’s goal is to help young players achieve their dreams. As the founder of ADVNC Lacrosse, Chris translates his experiences, lessons, and achievements, passing along his secrets to lacrosse players who wish to reap all the benefits from the sport. Chris founded the Lacrosse Assist Project as a way to give back to the game that gave him so much and ensuring that all kids can have access to sports, no matter their financial situation.

He is currently the Head Coach at Sacred Heart Prep in Atherton, CA, and was honored as the PAL coach of the year in 2015.
